Are you saying that it's your guess that you have nerve damage/neuropathy in your facial muscles?
Or have you been diagnosed with it?

Or are you talking about your feet?

I am guessing I have some nerve damage in my facial muscles.

"Boy, nerve damage, huh? That's quite rough.

I think the worst pain I have ever seen Tyler be in is when he had that peculiar-sized....cyst?? It was a cyst on his head. Gosh, I don't think I've ever seen him in such agony. It's a good thing I'm here to numb his pain."

Ask not what the universe has done for you, but what you have done for the universe.

Who cares anyway. Most neurodivergent aren't meant to be happy in the long run.

Does the universe want you to suffer? No.

Hyperactive agency detection is the tendency to interpret events as if they were the deliberate intent of a conscious agent rather than the product of natural forces or unguided chaotic events. The Universe is not a conscious agent.
I feel truly feel sad every day I wake up and I don’t have a girlfriend in my life.

True but even the CDC updated their isolation guidelines just recently. As long as you don't have an active fever you treat it like any other respiratory infection.

@Gerald Wilgus I can’t attend any gatherings for the event. Even my family doesn’t care about what will go on that day.
I’ll never get the comic I used to dream about drawn. Same with the animation I used to dream about, too. :(

    So you plan to fail?

I don’t want to fail but I don’t know if I can turn my life around.

Makes it sound like you're trying to push a semi or haul a refrigerator on your back.

If you want to draw or do animation, do it.
It seems like you're expecting the Sistine Chapel and when that doesn't happen,
    you give up.
Is there still time to get what I want in this life before I die?
I should probably stay home today. I am having painful coughs in addition to having a scratchy throat.
My throat is scratchy and I occasionally cough or sneeze.

    Allergies and sore throat.
My mother is the only person I know who thinks being a control freak is a good thing.
I was given a shot into my stomach fat.
My confidence has fallen and smashed apart on the ground. :(

What's the time line on that?

When was the confidence level higher than it is currently?
    Markness

It was higher during the first part of last year but after what happened with Jennifer, the toxicity on Discord I got dealt with, flunking a college course, and other traumas I’ve had to go through, my confidence has plummeted.
I wish life would go my way instead of hitting dead ends. :(

I didn't go out the door all weekend, just lazed around in my soft, warm bathrobe. Often I like doing nothing.

Drop out of college you will make zero friends there. Still work at your job because you have too but don't except to be noticed. Try a new hobby like yoga or dancing. Try hanging and meeting kinder people.
I carelessly missed another social opportunity with a pretty gothic lady. :(

Another way to think of this is that you realize that the next time you see her,
you might advance the encounter slightly by speaking to her.
I don’t want to give up wanting a girlfriend.

Dont. I'm not. But I'm not obsessed over it over more. I am hanging out with friends. If there are single girls so be it. I am not obsessed trying to seek them out. I am just enjoying hanging out with friends.
I have no friends at work.

You've mentioned people you call friends, giving them rides, going places with them.

    How/where/when did these friendships arise?

Work is complicated when it comes to friends or lovers. With the reality that all coworkers are inevitably competitors in the eyes of your employer. Worse still is when a relationship with a coworker fails and both of you remain in the same office. Much more painful than loneliness.
