    @Rodafina I got the frame from Dollar Tree. My mom got it for me and I put stickers on the sides of the frame. I have two more that I did something similar.

    Black cats are a little funny during the winter, when they are outside and tries to hide and be invisible in the snow. Worst camouflage ever. :)

    I have some good news! My mom was finally able to come home today. I am super happy and excited for her to come home. She has been feeling better and more energetic. I have been spending a lot of time with her.

    My mom is doing really well. She said she might be able to come home tomorrow. I am happy she is doing better and sounds better. She was able to actually eat some food, which has really helped. She said she had six bags of potassium go through her IV. I hope to see her soon.

    I just got off the phone with my mom and she said she feels tired, but better than yesterday. She said the bags of potassium is hurting her hand, which is where her IV is at. Her white blood cells have went down from 15 to 10 to 9. She is now going back to sleep. I feel better about her condition and her health. Hope I get to see her soon.

    I'm glad things seem to be improving and I hope soon they can start to arrange for surgery if she needs it :) Fingers crossed everything will soon be resolved and you can all get back to normality!

    My mom finally was able to see the surgeon. The surgeon is going to keep an eye on my mom’s white blood cells. My mom hasn’t eaten anything since yesterday because they are keeping track of her white blood cells. She could possibly get sepsis. I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has commented and liked each of my posts. They mean so much to me in times of hardship. ❤️

    @Rodafina I will! I’ve been sleeping and taking meds to get rid of this cold. Thank you for thinking about me and my mom. I hope me and my dad can visit her soon. We decided to not go today because she has not been getting sleep. She has been sleeping throughout the day, so we both wanted to give her the chance to get some rest and recovery.

    I just talked to my mom and she said her colon is hurting really bad. I asked if her colon was hurting worse than yesterday and she said yes. She is waiting for the surgeon to come in and talk to her. I’m glad she is at the hospital now because it would have been bad if she waited any longer to go.

    Do you know when the surgery might be and how long it takes to recover? Are you feeling better ?

    @1ofakind I do not know when or if she will have surgery. My dad told me an hour ago that my mom still has not seen the surgeon. I was on the phone with her earlier and she sounded very tired and exhausted. I am feeling better than yesterday. I don’t have a runny nose thank goodness because my nose is raw. Thank you for asking. I hope my mom recovers soon. I really miss her.

    My mom had to go to the hospital today because she had a perforation in her colon. She didn’t have sepsis, which is great. I thought I had a bad cold, but I actually have covid. My mom has it too. My nose is runny and I can’t stop sneezing. That’s a wrap for this crappy week.

    @Rodafina I am feeling better since yesterday. I have to see how my nose is because if I’m up and about that’s when it will start to get runny. I’m laying in my bed now. I have not talked to my mom yet, but I’ll keep posting updates. Thank you for the support!

    @Kisa the tea Thank you for your kind words I appreciate it. I have been worried because this has happened before last year. The doctors were scared because she just made it in time. She got a head start this time around which is better.
