  • I've gotten some migraine headaches this week from noise sensitivity. I'm not necessarily sure why but things sound louder than typical.

Try Triptan medication. In UK you can order it without a prescription. I've recommended it to 4 people and each of them (myself included) found they nullify a migraine very quickly.

@Raggamuffin I take Rizatriptan sometimes, but only when they're active and they don't instantly make my migraines go away. Some I've had last for months and if they get too bad I have to go to the ER for meds. Thanks though.
I keep having bad dreams that are of the intensity I had before the pandemic started so that's why I've been on so early so often recently.

So sorry to hear that--those are never fun ways to wake up. Hopefully you can get some good rest at some point.

Used to have those too. Faith helped me.

Nothing helps my nightmares, unless I see whatever they're trying to tell me. I've tried just about everything, including faith-I'm not really allowed to go to a church due to how my family is. Me being not atheist anymore already makes them question my sanity. I'm glad that helped you though.
Amy: so, an update- host has been staying up late due to upset stomach which is why they're online currently.

Also I don't front for them often so you won't be seeing much of me here since I'm rather inexperienced with tech. By inexperienced I mean I've never used a laptop before now.
I have terrible neck pain on the right side to the point where I can't lean on it. I should probably be in an ER but it's a weekend.

Feel better! You can't go to the ER on a weekend?

I'm not allowed to so there's probably going to be a chiropractor appointment soon since my family's short on money right now and they do x-rays.
Going to change signature on here since I can just have a fronter's info right below my forum picture.
I think I'm going offline again...I just don't feel well enough to be online. Going to ER for pain relief, won't be back for a time.

Migraine of one month and one day has successfully been ended. Was very relieving.
Host here, just updating this to say it's me currently typing and not another system member.

How reliably can you anticipate the host being occupied by another system member?

If I may feel a greater amount of stress or overwhelmed, then I may switch. It is stress/anxiety related. I can't always predict it though.

    That makes sense.
A not already permanent system fronter is currently actively fronting. I am not revealing my name on here publicly but I know what it is.
Woke up early, already read a few chapters so far. Plan to post a few more things on here before going offline again.
I finally have another doctor's appointment for my migraine headache coming today that I've been waiting for since two weeks ago.
