Vic the dancing traffic cop back when the city had them directing traffic at busy intersections.Later in life,I had the pleasure of working with Vic who gave me a FOP #1 card he signed that I still treasure. Vic had a cameo role in the movie"Flashdance" where the star danced with him on the street
