Interesting. Might this be magnetite rock with pyrite? It does not look like a meteorite to me, but perhaps you could grind down (sand) a small part of it and see whether it reveals native iron...

@Joshua Aaron , 6" figures (a.k.a. 1:12 scale) are typically used for dollhouse figures. But she could play an elf in 1:6 displays.

@Joshua Aaron, that is more true for 12" seamless figures (which came first). Her internal skeleton looks more natural, but has less range of motion than those with visible joints.
