@Joshua Aaron If you were to attempt to use it for a line wrench which it vaguely resembles, you would destroy it because it was not meant to be over-stressed.
A tire valve stem nut only holds the stem into the wheel on soft brass fittings with very little rotational torque.

The wrench is tapered on the outer ends of it for clearance.
