@tree It's hard to say actually.
They appear to be in Sunday clothing, and that realty that are standing on was not something the affluent were interested in either.

Photography was expensive at the time, so pictures weren't often taken just for fun.

The point is now a park that commemorates the two forts that were once built there, where at this time, it was still considered industrial use property around the two bridge landings there.
