A 14 year old's initial progress

A 1964 Corvair rear suspension and 4 speed transaxle mated to an early 60's Volkswagon Beetle chassis. This was being fabricated on the sly because I was not allowed to have any of it. At this stage of the build, I had $50 tied up in her. All I ever wanted to do was drive a very fast vehicle ;)
