Is it normal to act a little bit different than you are to find a common ground with a friend?

It is possible to still make it worthwhile despite having little in common, to continue to enjoy the friendship, and possibly find new common things by rediscovering each other. You have spent a large amount of your important years together and built trust. You can renew the bond by doing something fun together [fun for both, or for one at a time] .

I notice you are acting for their sake, but where is the enjoyment for you? You will exhaust yourself and give up eventually if you don't take care to do enjoyable things for you with her. Worry less about her and take care of your needs in the friendship for now. Having friends should be fun and enjoyable for you.

Secrets are okay. There are somethings that are your business only and most friends are on a *need to know basis*. Sometimes we trust to easily, so a boundary of not over-sharing is important to our surival.

I have always acted different to gain friends, but then felt lonely with them.

I think i am able to block the panic either way, because if i don't drive the public transport situation will make me stressed. I will panic about having the virus and passing it to to my parents.

When you want to befriend someone or make them your partner but for someone reason, can't just flat-out tell them that.

Best Buy ad: "You can fit a bigger TV than you think." *facepalm* What is it with gigantic TV's nowadays?

When does the Law of Diminishing Returns finally clobber people? When do people realize that it's the same stupid football game no matter the size of the TV? People will buy a TV that takes up an entire wall. Uh, ok.

Unfortunately I'm still busy with work and university; I'll still drop-by though because I really like this place, it really boosts my mood.

The reason I tried to learn to drive was because my mother was paralysed, why are you learning to try to drive?

Because when i start working i don't want to use public transport as it is too crowded/ risky.
My parents are also getting older and i don't want to depend on them to take me everywhere.
