Sleep Hygiene

  1. Before bed routine:

    Drink sleepy time tea
    Take magnesium supplement
    No screens in the sleeping area
    Eat banana & cottage cheese or hard boiled egg or other high tryptophan food

    Current before bed routine:

    In bed by 8pm.
    No tablet after 5pm.
    No screens in the sleeping area.
    Eat banana & hard boiled egg @ dinner.

    Bed routine:
    -take melatonin
    -have some type of decaf herbal tea
    -bath or shower(I like one before bed)
    -light tea light and put in safe place
    -put on white noise music
