Saturday 17th July

Alright day :mask:
My 'rents have been out since 12 (about 5 hours) so it's been pretty quiet. I've been living on fish fingers and a pot noodle all afternoon, but it's going swell.

I felt a bit down yesterday. Family problems. But it's not really something I can change.
I also did a bit of training today haha. About 20 minutes. then I gave up :rolleyes2:
