I found this interesting essay about how autism diagnosis does not come alone but it usually will come with other conditions. In this framework they will look at the symptoms and then diagnose all the conditions that match the symptoms. So if you have autism but also some symptoms that do not align with the criteria for autism, this does not means that you do not have autism, more likely you have autism plus something else.

The title of the essay is "Why Dyslexia, ADHD & Dyspraxia So Often Occur Together", for those interested on reading it...

all this said... I feel this graphic is a crime against... something... this is just not right.
