Just applied for Lego seasonal assistant position!

Topic.

My "Work and Enterprise Coach" at Autism Plus sent me a link yesterday to apply for it and I had a punt on the temporary "Seasonal Assistant" position.

The only problem with temporary work is that it would probably be a pain in the bum with the Benefits Office, it would take them the duration of the work to do the paper work for the "permitted work" while I'm claiming ESA but if need be I'll try and sort that.

Anyway I applied for another job!

Did you apply for both? A seasonal position is one way to get into a regular job. I have the impression that Lego are a very inclusive work place. Is this a job you want, and perhaps seeing yourself in for a longer period?

Can your "Work and Enterprise Coach" take the communication and get an approval from the Benefit Office? My work and enterprise coach have helped me with communication between medical, work and benefit office. It have taken much of the burden off my shoulders. So much that I still am reluctant to believe it.

Applying for several jobs at the same time, may be stressful, since it gives you more options to consider, but at the same time you get to consider the most appealing option.

I wish you the best in your quest.

Nevermind. I forgot the topic, and got hung up on the last sentence. And a little envious (in a good way, I dont envy that you get it, but I would also love to work for Lego). I hope you get it through. Yey! I cheer for you, and cross my fingers, many many times ;)
