I know that folk knowledge says to cut out all sugar if you have cancer. But I spend 23 hours a day in bed. It's maddening. One of the only pleasures I have in life right now is chocolate and bacon (not together). I eat massive veggies, don't fry my foods (except eggs for breakfast), and take over 20 supplements a day. Moderation right?
Here are my supplements I took today:
7 essiac pills (sheep sorrel whole plant, slippery elm bark, burdock root, and Turkish rhubarb root)
7 red clover pills
1800 mg omega 3 from fish oil
400 mg vitamin e
300 mg biotin
4000 iu vitamin d
18 billion probiotics
20% daily cal/mag
