  1. I feel so frustrated when I read the posts and see how people are suffering so much and I can't do anything to help!
I want to reply something smart and knowledgeable but at the same time what's the use? Everyone says more or less the same...what more can I add to that?
When medicine doesn't help, Psichology doesn't help, the Love of the loved ones doesn't help, what to do?
    I turn to God.
I wish everyone could turn to Him for comfort, I wish everyone could Love Him the way I know He loves every single one of us.
I wish I had the gift of prayer to pray for everyone in need...but I am not that good.
Even I who believes in Him fail to do this simple, but so important thing which is prayer. How can I tell others to do it?
I see the depth of my ignorance and lack of Faith although I live a spiritual life with a spiritual father.
Let not my feelings of impotence be a way to my falling but a way to grow in Humility.
When I see my limitations I can only grow in Trust towards You, who else can help but You?

‘To make it easy for everybody, God has thousands of Names and forms. As long as you have faith, as long as you believe, as long as you trust, it doesn’t matter which religion you belong to, which form you take, which Name you chant; it is only Him. As long as the mind is focused on Him, you will be safe.’ — Paramahamsa Vishwananda
