I eat the same dinner almost every evening.
It is yoghurt with rolled oats and a banana.
It looks somewhat like this:
However, the yoghurt/oats ratio is different in my version. It's more yoghurt and less oats. And I cut one banana and put all the pieces in my bowl instead of just some of them (it seems to be less than one banana in this picture).
I always eat it right after preparing it because I dislike it when the oats are soaked with the yoghurt liquid too much.
From time to time I vary this dinner by using a different fruit, such as an apple, nectarine or peach. When using nectarines or peaches I have to be careful though because they can be rather juicy and that juice is even worse for the oats than the yoghurt. I have to eat it faster then.
It works with carrots, too. I have only done this about two or three times though.
