Electrolyte Solution Recipes to Make

Gatorade is a well-known electrolyte solution that you can buy in many stores all over the place. It is probably so well-known partly because lots of people know that if you exercise and sweat a lot, it is healthy to replace the electrolytes that you lose as you sweat.

Gatorade is easy to find and cheaper than lots of other kinds of drinks, and all you need to do to drink it is open the bottle. It does have other chemicals in it besides electrolytes, and costs a lot more than if you make your own electrolyte solution. Making your own electrolyte solution is easy. You also know exactly what is in it when you make your own electrolyte solution.

For a few minutes work, you can be healthier, save money, and choose your own flavors. Why not try it to get all of those benefits?

There are lots of electrolyte solution recipes for people, both adults and children, and for animals. I have a link to 4 recipes that are flavored, but you can just leave out the flavorings and drink it plain, or invent your own flavors.
