Creative energy or?

By Dias · Feb 6, 2019 · ·
  1. Don't know what is happening but it feels good and I hope it lasts more than a couple of days.
I believe this process of knowing about Autism brought light to my life. I feel I am regaining my self-confidence and self-estime; I understand better my behaviours and thoughts and embrace them as part of who I am instead of rejecting them as an anomaly. Where before I saw limitation and error now I see possibilities if I just allow myself to be how I am!
This I believe is opening the door to creativity: I feel more free to share with people what my interests are and therefore I feel less depressed and I was even able to make a list of goals, why: because now I start seeing who I am and want.
I feel very grateful right now:)

I have only just joined the group, but hearing things such as this is the reason i joined;to find out more on behaviors and thoughts that i have and find so many others share in them and are willing to talk about them. It's great to hear you sounding positive and growing within yourself,i'm going through the same thing at the moment.Thoughts, deeds ,and positive outcomes seem to be arising from the acceptance of my own personality. Good to hear you.

You just described how I am felling about my autism right now better than I ever could!

I believe that it is, in fact, creative energy. I usually feel the same creative energy when my brain is working and I end up with too many absolutely insane(but "good") ideas whenever I have time by myself and am relaxing and letting my brain work normally and stop focusing on any thing in particular.

I also feel the same kinda "creative" feeling whenever I am doing something that I am passionate about that involves creativity such as creating videos or playing a game that uses creativity as a major game mechanic.
