I used to have major problems associated with being autistic that I recently overcame by studying information from a variety of reputable sources (scientific studies and books written by experts in their field) and applying it to autism. I created this blog to share what I discovered to help autistic people in the following areas related to autism: self-esteem, being yourself, emotional intelligence, stress, depression, anxiety, alexithymia, communication styles, social awkwardness, assertiveness, misunderstandings, sensitivity to criticism, nonverbal communication (eye contact), and understanding relationships.
